1. Customer Responsibility:
   1. Client is responsible for ensuring that all images within the order are 100% correct prior to submitting. This is inclusive of team photos, spelling of names on custom images, and all other components. Once an order has been submitted, it is automatically transferred to our third-party printing lab and will be printed and sent as submitted.
2. Refund Policy:
   1. We do not offer any refunds after products have been received
   2. No refunds will be offered for digital downloads
   3. Credit towards future purchase may be considered in the event of a lab printing error at the discretion of CB Sports
3. Model Release:
   1. Upon order submission, client hereby irrevocably authorizes CB Sports Photography, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "CB Sports"), to use photographs of the individual in the images purchased and their likeness and authorize CB Sports and their assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures, portraits or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the photographer or CB Sports. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the likeness, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
